RIOT invites you to sit in on an unhinged city council session deliberating over topics like snowmageddons, bike lanes, bagel-barons and Jericho beach drum circles. No corner of the city is off limits! Whether you're a born-and-raised Vancouverite or a newcomer trying to make sense of it all, you'll find something to laugh about at RIOT.
